Education Manager - Yorkshire and The Humber

We are seeking an Education Manager for the Yorkshire & Humber to join our Education Team working on the Young Persons Gambling Harm Prevention Programme on a Fixed term contract until December 2023. The successful candidate will need to be located within the Yorkshire & Humber area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment of delegates for the YGAM assured workshops and for the delivery of the workshops; enabling us to achieve key performance indicators.

We are seeking an individual who is outgoing, with a confident personality. You will enjoy engaging with a variety of stakeholders and have an interest in working with students and professionals in education settings. Being highly organised, having an absolute eye for detail and the drive and determination to make this opportunity a success are also critical qualities.

The successful candidate must be self-starters. You will have opportunity to find creative ways of working and you will be part of a dedicated team. YGAM has seen a successful period of growth, making this an exciting time to join the team.
This post is full time on a fixed term contract with a starting salary of £26,806 with good potential to rise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking YGAM Ambassadors to join our University and Student Engagement Team on a voluntary basis until Dec 2022.

We’d love to hear from students with an interest in Mental Health, psychology, and gaming.

We are seeking an individuals who are outgoing, with a confident personality. You will enjoy engaging with other students and be able to advise us on the experiences of students with regards to gaming and gambling.

If you are interested, please send a copy of your CV and a cover letter of no more than two sides of A4 detailing what you would bring to the YGAM student advisory board and how your experiences (life and/or work) demonstrate how you display the YGAM values of being Authentic, Agile, Practical, Courageous and Personable.
