  • Chair – Finance, Audit & Risk Committee

    YGAM is looking to appoint an independent Chair for its Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC) with strategic insight, independent judgement, and commitment to delivering our vision.  As a growing registered charity with a turnover now approaching £2m, we are looking for an individual with experience of overseeing finances and risk management. The FARC is responsible for the risk management, financial management and planning for YGAM is a formal advisory committee of the Trustee Board.

    An honorarium of £250.00 pcm is offered to recognise the independent nature of this role with travel expenses.

  • Programme Manager & Clinical Lead

    YGAM are seeking a qualified clinical professional to join the team to lead our new Mindful Resilience programme as Programme Manager & Clinical Lead. The principle purpose of this role is to lead the Mindful Resilience programme which will see YGAM and our collaboration of partners develop, deliver, and evaluate training to healthcare professionals on gambling, gaming, and digital behavioural addictions. As Programme Manager / Clinical Lead you will lead this new programme, initially starting in London in September 2020, expanding to the West Midlands in 2021 and then a potential national rollout in 2022. You will grow your own team; lead the collaboration of partners and position the impact of this programme with fellow health professionals and organisations. The post-holder will also support YGAM colleagues who have had behavioural addictions and are now employed by the charity.

    Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 (plus London Weighting £2,800 if applicable)

  • Head of Corporate Partnerships

    YGAM are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Corporate Partnerships fundraiser to join the team to implement a successful programme of corporate fundraising securing (i) income and (ii) high-profile CSR partnerships from the gaming, mobile and tech sectors.  As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) the Head of Corporate Partnerships will assume overall responsibility of income generation for the charity in time, as your knowledge of YGAM and our social purpose increases. The role will be demanding, highly rewarding and best suited to an experienced corporate fundraiser with a track record who wants to grow and develop their career within corporate fundraising, taking their experience to a national level.

    Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 (plus London Weighting £2,800 if applicable)

  • 2 x Marketing & Communications Manager

    YGAM has an opportunity for two Marketing & Communications Managers to join the  team to deliver the ambitious Marketing and Communication Strategy and support the future growth of the charity with a particular focus on the mental health or higher education sector. The principle purpose of the posts is to deliver a comprehensive, cost-effective Marketing and Communications plan which incorporates social media, stakeholder engagement and public affairs to support the objectives of the charity.

    Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (plus London Weighting £2,800 if applicable)
