JOB TITLE:

Communications Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ygam is seeking a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. The successful candidate will be committed to a career in communications, preferably with some previous press office experience. They will be looking for the opportunity to grow and develop their career within a supportive and engaging environment. 

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, but who also can work autonomously to clear deadlines.

The successful candidate will write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, social media posts, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organisation’s activities. 

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with journalists, this role will be responsible or responding to media inquiries and collating records of coverage, analytics, and metrics.  

This post is on a full time contract with a salary of £27,605 per annum (+LDN Weighting (if applicable))

Ygam is seeking a forward thinking, innovative leader, who has the ability to be adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. They must be able to manage their time effectively and also support others where necessary.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to making a difference to children and young people with preferable experience of working within education or a sports facing youth role, and they will be looking to help develop an already successful programme. 

We are looking for someone who already has an understanding of curriculums across the nations or someone who is willing to learn about these to support staff with implementation and resource development.

Ygam is seeking a proactive, adaptable, creative, resilient individual, who has the ability to work remotely as part of a team and autonomously. They must have outstanding communication skills, be highly organised, and a team player.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to making a difference to children and young people with experience of working within education or a youth sector role, with a solid understanding of the Learning for Life and Work curriculum They will be looking to make a difference within Northern Ireland on promoting gaming and gambling harm awareness. 

We are looking for someone who already has an understanding of the Learning for Life and Work Curriculum in Northern Ireland and the difficulties both professionals and children and young people face.

This post offers a full-time position of 37.5 hrs per week with a salary of £28,146 – £31,800.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking YGAM Ambassadors to join our University and Student Engagement Team on a voluntary basis until Dec 2022.

We’d love to hear from students with an interest in Mental Health, psychology, and gaming.

We are seeking an individuals who are outgoing, with a confident personality. You will enjoy engaging with other students and be able to advise us on the experiences of students with regards to gaming and gambling.
