YGAM have a unique opportunity for an education sales expert (up to 20 hours per week) to join our team in the post of Education Sales Manager. The principle task of this role will be to forge meaningful relationships with local authorities, private academy groups, colleges, universities and community groups in order to sell our train trainer workshops to colleagues.
As a UK-Registered Charity this newly-created post is a critical enabler for YGAM, allowing us to develop self-financing capabilities (sales-based) to supplement our income base from charitable grants / corporate donations. Developing self-financing capabilities is a challenge that many charities are now seeking to grasp as the amount of income available from charitable grants in particular is under greater pressure. We have an ambitious delivery plan for 2016 /17 and your role will be essential in helping us to achieve our plans. The role is accountable to the Director of Education, but you will enjoy direct access to our Chairman, Chief Executive and our strong team of YGAM Trustees and Ambassadors.
