We are seeking a proactive, dynamic IT professional to support in the development and maintenance of our information and digital systems. Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving are essential. The ideal candidate will be confident to act as a first point of contact for IT support, maintain our digital systems including CRM, and be able to work both independently and as part of a small team. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Ygam Connect (Sharepoint intranet), including migrating files and business processes, liasing with the external developer and working with Connect Champions across Ygam.
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, creative, resilient individual to join our Programmes Team. The role involves engagement and recruitment of delegates, as well as providing training both face-to-face and online. They must have outstanding communication skills, be highly organised, and an excellent team player. This role will involve delivery of our workshops across Scotland, so the ideal candidate will be based in Scotland.
We are seeking two Training & Engagement Managers, with the ability to work remotely, autonomously and as part of a team. They will be active members of our Programmes team with responsibility for recruiting delegates to our workshops, as well as delivering training both face-to-face and online. They must have outstanding communication skills, be highly organised, and an excellent team player. This role will focus on engaging with community and faith leaders across the UK.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Digital & QA team as a Digital Project Manager. This role will primarily be responsible for project managing the development of Ygam’s new website from concept to handover in addition to some of Ygam’s other planned digital projects.
Ygam is inviting developers to redesign our website to enhance its functionality, presentation, user experience, and overall performance.
The primary goal of this rebuild is to create an innovative, user-friendly platform that captivates our target audiences and streamlines their customer journey.
